Company Quality Policy

Heat Treatment
Heat Treatment is a process for changing the structure of a metal by heating the specimen in an electric furnace at a recrystallization temperature for a certain period and then cooling it in a cooling medium such as air, water, salt water, oil and diesel fuel, respectively. have different cooling speeds.
Annealing
This process is used to change the structure of metal materials by heating the material to a certain temperature and then cooling it slowly. Annealing has various uses in industry, including increasing the strength, ductility and corrosion resistance of metal materials.
Normalizing
Normalizing is the process of heating steel to austenite temperature, followed by slow cooling to regulate grain size and remove residual stresses. The objectives of normalizing include increasing machinability, refining the grain structure, homogenizing the structure, and regulating residual stresses in steel.
Hardening Water Quenching
It is a heat treatment technique that begins with a heating process to the austenite temperature (austenization) followed by proper cooling with water.
Carburizing Pit Furnace
The process of adding carbon to the surface of an object is carried out by heating the work object in an environment that contains a lot of active carbon so that the carbon diffuses into the surface of the steel.
Induction Quencing
Is a type of surface hardening where a metal part is heated by induction and then quenched using water or oil, the metal being quenched experiences hardness and brittleness of the part.

CNC Machining & Tools Service

CNC Machining is a manufacturing process that uses programming language (commonly called G-Code) to perform cutting, shaping, and turning of materials with high accuracy. The core of this process is "automation" — once the program is created and run, the machine will carry out the work process consistently and accurately.
Work Process :
1. Turning (lathe)
is one of the manufacturing processes where the workpiece rotates on its axis while the cutting tool moves linearly to remove material. This process aims to produce cylindrical products.
2. Milling
is a manufacturing process in which a rotating cutting tool removes material from a stationary workpiece.
3. Threading
is the process of creating threads on a cylindrical or conical surface, either internally or externally.
4. Drilling
is one of the manufacturing processes used to create round holes in solid materials using a rotating cutting tool called a drill bit.

5. Tapping
is a manufacturing process aimed at creating internal threads in a drilled hole using a tool called a tap. This process is important for products that require threaded connections such as nuts, housings, and other machine parts.
