Company Quality Policy

Heat Treatment
Heat Treatment is a process for changing the structure of a metal by heating the specimen in an electric furnace at a recrystallization temperature for a certain period and then cooling it in a cooling medium such as air, water, salt water, oil and diesel fuel, respectively. have different cooling speeds.
Annealing
This process is used to change the structure of metal materials by heating the material to a certain temperature and then cooling it slowly. Annealing has various uses in industry, including increasing the strength, ductility and corrosion resistance of metal materials.
Normalizing
Normalizing is the process of heating steel to austenite temperature, followed by slow cooling to regulate grain size and remove residual stresses. The objectives of normalizing include increasing machinability, refining the grain structure, homogenizing the structure, and regulating residual stresses in steel.
Hardening Water Quenching
It is a heat treatment technique that begins with a heating process to the austenite temperature (austenization) followed by proper cooling with water.
Carburizing Pit Furnace
The process of adding carbon to the surface of an object is carried out by heating the work object in an environment that contains a lot of active carbon so that the carbon diffuses into the surface of the steel.
Induction Quencing
Is a type of surface hardening where a metal part is heated by induction and then quenched using water or oil, the metal being quenched experiences hardness and brittleness of the part.
